Today, a friend of mine sent me a pieces of PhD comics. She knows that it's so me.

They are quite good, remarkable professor, yet they still do hard-preparing before class.
The lecturers prepare even more than the students. They are debating each other.
The two most important ingredients: enthusiasm from the lecturers, and enthusiasm from the students. So, in the end, it's just: enthusiasm!

(after 5 minutes)
T: Hmm.. it's not hot enough yet
(waiting 5 minutes)

(5 more minutes)
T: Still not hot? (angry) What wrong with this stove???
(Found out that the stove is not turned on yet)
T: Ow, crap.
